Create a New Image Occlusion Card: To create a new image occlusion card, click Add on Ankis main screen, then select the Image Occlusion note type. Upload Your Image: Click on the image icon to upload your chosen image. It could be anything from a map to a diagram, depending on what youre studying.
With the image in your clipboard, use the Add Image Occlusion button (or the shortcut ctrl + shift + 0). Add your masks and choose one of the options for hiding. Then close the image occlusion window. Thats it, youre done.
Adding an image To add IO cards to your collection, open the Add screen, click on Type and choose Image Occlusion from the list of built-in note types.
In image occlusion, you generate flashcards from an image by hiding parts of it behind an opaque box on the front side, then revealing the hidden portion on the back side.
How to make flashcards Choose. Start with a flashcard design in PicMonkey templates. Or start with a blank canvas. Add or replace. Replace text and graphics with your own or add from PicMonkeys massive library. Customize. Tweak color, size, and effects to match your brand. Finish. Export, print, or share.
Create Occlusions: With the image inserted, the Image Occlusion Editor will open. Use the rectangle or ellipse tools to draw shapes over the parts of the image you want to hide. You can create multiple occlusions if necessary. Each shape you draw will generate a separate flashcard.
