Badge Sizes for docHub Photoshop You can use docHub Photoshop to edit the front of a badge. After choosing the design, remember that your canvas size should have a minimum of 2000 x 1200 pixels.
Heres what you do: Select the Patch tool, then choose Source or Destination in the Options bar at the top of the screen. Note that Source will tell Photoshop to patch the selected portion of the image, while Destination will tell Photoshop to use the selected area to patch a different portion of your image.

For Inkjet Patch Printing Use your best phone camera to take a picture of your patch artwork. Upload the picture to a computer. Use a photo editing program to resize the picture to the exact size you want for the patch. Put inkjet transfer paper into the printer. Print your image on the transfer paper.
Draw or trace your design onto the fabric youre using for the patch. Place the fabric in an embroidery hoop and thread your needle with embroidery floss. Use basic embroidery stitches to fill in the design. Remove the patch from the hoop and cut off excess fabric.

Whether PNG or SVG, images should be square (equal width and height). For PNG, we recommend 400 by 400 px. Canvas Badges attempts to resize your image to 400x400 if you upload a PNG larger in either dimension. For SVG, ensure the image has a square view box.
Badges Sizes Standard The standard size that is typically used by most institutions, most especially in businesses, is the 1 Inch sized (25 mm) button badge. This size will need to have a diameter of 1 inch (2.54 cm or 25 mm) with a circumference of 3.14 inches.
The standard industry size for a badge photo is 1 x 1.25. If you choose different dimensions, it may affect previously captured images and their appearance.
