Right click on Blod Field on the report design view and click Format Graphic In the Format Editor you check the Suppress checkbox and then click the [x-2] button on the right. Click the Save and Close button to close the Formula Workshop. Click the OK button to close the Format Editor.
1 - Right click on the Section Name (e.g. Report Header) where you want the image to appear and choose Section Expert. 2 - Press the Insert button and then press the Up arrow to move the new section up one level. 3 - Select Underlay following sections for this new section. 4 - Insert your image into this new section.
To add a background image: In the Navigation Pane, right-click the report and click Layout View. On the Format tab, in the Background group, click Background Image. Select an image from the Image Gallery list or click Browse, select an image, and then click OK.
Answer: Insert a second Details section. Right-click on the gray area for Details a and select Format Section (Crystal 8.5) or Section Expert (Crystal XI) In the Section Expert, highlight Details a in the Sections list. Go to the Color tab. Mark the box next to Background Color. Select the first desired background color.
In the Format Editor dialog box, select the Picture tab. Under Graphic, click on the Import button and browse to the location of the image you want to add. Select the image and click Open to add it to the report. Adjust the size and position of the image as needed.
Answer: Open the report in the Crystal Reports application. Go to Insert Picture. Browse for the image file. Select the image file and click OK. Move the cursor to the desired section in the report for the image and left click once. Use the highlighted border to adjust the image size as needed.
Answer: Right-click on the section name on the left. Select one of the two options: Hide (Drill-Down OK): this option allows you to double-click on the section in the report preview to see the hidden values. Suppress (No Drill-Down): this option does not allow you to see the hidden values in the report preview.
In Crystal Reports: Go to Insert OLE Object. Select Create New and select Bitmap image or Paintbrush Picture. Click OK. Place the object in the report. Right-click on the image object and select Format Graphic. On the Picture tab, click X+2 next to Graphic Location. Insert the Media Description field. Click Save and Close.
