Unfortunately, Facebook does not currently allow users to use GIFs as headers for profiles or pages. However, there are a few alternatives you can try: Use a static image: Instead of a GIF, you can use a static image as your header.

Important update: As of Spring 2021, the option of having a Facebook cover video has been removed. You can still have a static image or a slideshow with multiple images as your Facebook cover.
