all right whats up youtube im tim lee welcome back to my channel this channel we talk about real estate investing entrepreneurship and finance and in this video were going to talk about how to pass your section 8 inspection on the first time one and done all right lets get to this [Music] change [Music] [Music] step [Music] now with my rental property i just pulled up and we will have section 8 tenants moving in here over the weekend so thats in a couple days but we just passed inspection we passed it on the first time so im gonna pretty much be showing yall exactly what to look out for which i need to do um to pass inspection on the first time now i will say this depending on your local housing authority you can go on their website and they some of them do have a list of uh everything that the inspector looks for so its very beneficial for you to go and get that list print that list out and just one by one just make sure you have all your eyes dotted and all your ts crossed m
