You can also change the format for an existing table by selecting a different format. Select any cell within the table, or range of cells you want to format as a table. On the Home tab, click Format as Table. Click the table style that you want to use.
Click the Table Tools tab and the Table Properties button, then a dialog box will pop up. In the Cell tab, find Size and check Preferred width. We can also adjust the width of all cells after entering the value ing to our needs.
Left-click the table and get into the Table Style tab. There are several preset table styles on the upper-left side. Left-click to choose a table style.
Right-click on the row number and select Insert. Select the row in which you want to insert a new one. Press the right button key, go down to the Insert section, and then hit Enter. If you dont want to go down in the list, you must place yourself in the row and combine Ctrl Shift +.
