have you ever wondered what exactly is an employer of record now that the world is working more and more remotely globally and off the Record comfortably hiring internationally is becoming more and more possible this means your company is no longer limited to hiring locally but this also means that things can get complicated fast if your company wants to hire someone internationally but is worried about the Avalanche of responsibilities like International payroll benefits taxes and all of the other local employment laws you have to be in full compliance with in all the various countries where all of your various new employees live we get it but listen its no problem not if deal is your employer record aka the company that acts as your company in a country where you dont have an entity with deal as your EO that means employer of record if you didnt catch the first time well assume the legal responsibilities when it comes to employment and help ensure your companies totally compliant
