hello everyone who several druggist here just recently I read several reports on some errors that people are getting on Epson printers such as the pro 3838 80 or 2800 and so forth especially in the larger format printers and basically this is the problem they are trying to print to a specific size paper say for instance a three or thirteen by nineteen and they prepare an image that actually fits within that 13 by 19 paper space be it so that they have a nice half inch border all around and so when they go to print it it comes out as an 8 by 10 printed off corner maybe up in the upper right corner or upper left corner and they are just at a loss of what possibly could be going on and I think I have the answer lets go ahead and open up several of these drivers and Ill show you what I believe is going on here lets go ahead and open the 3880 or the 3804 for now and here we go well put this on top here and Ill go ahead and minimize that now lets go ahead and pick a Super Bee this is

Windows Click Start, then select Devices and Printers. Right-click on the printer you need to align, then select Printing Preferences from the pop-up menu. Click the Services tab, then click the Align the Print Cartridges icon. Follow the instructions from the Alignment wizard to align the cartridges.
Open File Explorer. Browse to the folder with the image you want to print. Right-click the image and select the Print option.
Open the HP Smart app, and then click the picture of your printer to open the settings and management tools. In Print Quality Tools or in Advanced Settings Tools Utilities Print Quality Toolbox, select Align or Align Printheads to start the alignment.
As a rule of thumb, to achieve photo quality print, you will need to use an image resolution of 300 pixels per inch. We write this as 300 DPI and means that in each inch of your print there will be 300 pixels.
Adjust the paper width guides until they rest against the edges of the paper. Print an alignment page. Printer control panel (printers with control panel menus): Open the Tools or Printer Maintenance menu, and then select the option to Align cartridges, Align printhead, or Print an Alignment Page.
I would suggest you to restart the Print Spooler service and check if the issue persists. a) Press Windows key + R, type services. msc and click OK. b) Check if the Print Spooler service is Started Automatic.

Aligning the Print Head Make sure that the power is turned on. Load three sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper. Open the printer driver setup window. Print the print head alignment pattern. (1) Click the Maintenance tab. (2) Click Print Head Alignment. Adjust the print head position.
