hey hows it going my name is emmett sparling im a travel photographer and filmmaker from vancouver canada and today im going to be sharing with you five tips on travel photography [Music] so my first tip is to make a loose itinerary so you dont want anything thats going to completely and like restrict your photography process because when you arrive to a new place traveling you dont actually know what that place is going to be like exactly in the moment so you want a really loose itinerary to be able to change things around to be able to get the best photos possible a couple weeks ago i was in turkey and we planned to start in istanbul have a bit of time in some other city in the middle and then finish in cappadocia we didnt really have any solid dates and we just kind of went there and hoped for the best because you can never really plan for weather or anything so we started in istanbul the weather wasnt great for a couple days and then we just waited there until it got good a

Passport and visa photos are not the same. While they do have similar photo requirements, (white background, neutral expression, no alterations), their frame size varies. For a passport photo, you will need a 50mm wide x 70mm photo, and for a visa photo, youll need it to be 35 mm by 45 mm.
Your visa photo should follow these guidelines: Photos should not be older than six months. The photo size has to be 35mm to 40 mm wide and 45mm to 50 mm high.
Size: Measure 50 x 50mm (2 x 2 inches square) without borders. The applicants head (measured from top of the hair to the bottom of the chin) must measure 25 mm to 35 mm (1 inch to 1 3/8 inch); the applicants eye level must be 28 mm to 35 mm (1 1/8 inch to 1 3/8 inch) from the bottom of the photo.

The photograph should be in colour and the size of 2 inch x 2 inch (51 mm x 51 mm). The photo-print should be clear and with continuous-tone quality. It should have full face, front view, eyes open. Photo should present full head from top of hair to bottom of chin.
Diversity Visa Program Selectees Each DV applicant will need to bring two (2) identical photos to the interview. Your photos must be: Printed on photo quality paper. 2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm) in size.
The photograph should be in size 2 inch x 2 inch (51 mm x 51 mm) and in colour. Print photo on thin photo paper or stock. Ensure the print is clear and has a continuous-tone quality. Do not retouch or otherwise enhance or soften the photo.
