im alex and im a grade 12 student at south carleton high school there i am student council president founder of the first ever table tennis club captain of the basketball team and leader of volunteer hours with over 200 so far one major challenge i faced was when i got a double eye injury during a rogue match unfortunately i was temporarily blind for two weeks which which set me back in my studies however i maximize my learning by using engineering marvels like screen readers to help my online studies and speech-to-text tools to allow me to submit any assignments moreover once i regained my vision my color senses were off so i used a screen recalibrator to change the colors to mimic what i was used to this challenge not only required me to face adversity but use engineering successes to help me confront my challenge this innovation and perseverance will be a big reason why i will succeed at u of t engineering

To update your address please log onto your MySanDiego portal. Once logged in you can update your address under the Torero hub by clicking on the My Torero Services page. You can update your addresses under the Personal Information section of this tab.

Students can contact the Registrars Office (ro.registration.questions@umich.edu or 647-3507) to update your legal name and/or gender on record.
How can I change my name on the University records? Submit a completed Change of Personal Information Form (PDF) to the Registration Division in person, by mail, or by fax. Note: Current employees must change their names through their payroll reporter/officer.
As a state institution of higher education, the University is a body politic and corporate of the State of Utah with perpetual succession and with all rights, immunities, and franchises necessary to function as such.
Address Change Address changes can be done online. Continuing students must change their address in Student Self-Service. If you are an international student, you must report the address change to the Office of International Services as soon as possible after making the change online.
Visit your local Utah DPS office in person and present the appropriate document proving your legal name change; i.e., marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order. You must also bring your current drivers license, proof of identity, proof of residency, and proof of SSN.
