If you do not want to say your own full names, then your celebrant can say it on your behalf. That is completely fine. In your vows, it is also a legal requirement that your correct christian/first name be used.
How you list the wedding party in your programs is up to you, though a hierarchy similar to the following is common: Parents of the bride. Parents of the groom. Grandparents of the bride and groom (if desired) Maid or Matron of Honor. Best man. Bridesmaids. Groomsmen. Flower girl.
Hosts who are not married should be on separate lines. If the parents are divorced and you want to include both as hosts, keep each parent on a separate line. If youre going to include the name of stepparent, keep it on the same line. Names should not be listed in order of who paid more.
Addressing a Couple NOTE: Traditionally, a womans name preceded a mans on an envelope address, and his first and surname were not separated (Jane and John Kelly). Nowadays, the order of the nameswhether his name or hers comes firstdoes not matter and either way is acceptable.
