Congestive cardiac failure is a condition in which the heart loses the ability to pump blood efficiently throughout the body. The disease affects other organs in the body, resulting in breathing difficulty, reduced kidney function, and fluid accumulation in body tissues (edema) from poor circulation.

Symptoms of heart failure include: Shortness of breath. Feeling tired (fatigue) and having leg weakness when youre active. Swelling in your ankles, legs and abdomen. Weight gain. Need to urinate while resting at night. Rapid or irregular heartbeats (palpitations). A dry, hacking cough.
Tests needed to assess CCF include x rays, echocardiography, ECG, coronary angiography and others. Treatment for CCF includes treatment of the underlying cause of CCF, as well as the symptoms. This can include any of the treatments in this list: medicines.
The credit conversion factor (CCF) converts the amount of a free credit line and other off-balance-sheet transactions (with the exception of derivatives) to an EAD (exposure at default) amount. This function is used to calculate the exposure at default.
CHF can lead to pulmonary edema very quickly so be prepared to act quickly.
