hi there Gary Fong here and if theres one real big lesson I learned actually two big lessons to learn from the photographer who got threatened by the attorney-client which that storys far from over but theres two obstacles that you can avoid to avoid the same fate number one is if youre going to do a shoot to burn like youre going to shoot the images and hand over the disc make sure that you take out all of the bad photos because what happens is is on if you have bad photos they can just pick the bad ones and frame it so that you look really bad on in front of a judge second thing of course is to have a contract and I got a comment on my Facebook wall today and it said this it said I had a bride sue me because eight images were not completely straight out of three hundred and eight total the judge didnt even look at the photos the judge also refused to look at the screenshots and emails that I had printed out where the bride told me she loved everything and her friends gushed ove

The financial section includes, but not limited to, retainer, package fee, added fees, and non-payment clauses.
