hello my name is Chris and in todays video Im going to show you how to edit and customize your rental application on tenant cloud to get started simply go up to the gearwill icon in the upper right corner find the section that says rental applications and click on rental application settings from here youll notice in the top section that you will need to set the toggle to say yes I want to receive rental applications online and the second toggle will be if you want to receive rental application fees online in which case you would need to make sure that you have a payment processor set up so if you do not yet have that set up youll need to click here to get that set up and proceed with customizing your application from here youll see that there is the terms of agreement which is a custom section that you can put in your own terms of agreement the next section is a template field configurator which well get to in a second the next section is screening questions you can add up to 40
