[MUSIC PLAYING] You can make your website faster by setting images size in pixels correctly, in other words, giving them the right width and height when you save them. This page uses a lot of images. Lets take a look at the Lighthouse report. It tells you that if you reduce image dimensions you can make your page faster by a few seconds. Now, that looks like a good idea. So lets get down to it. The best place to start looking is Chrome DevTools network panel. Here, you can see a list of everything loaded by the page. So lets select Image Filter to focus on the images only. The page is loading 11 images. And the total weight of the images is 1.3 megabytes. A bunch of them are cover images for the posts on the site. Lets look at the site in device mode. Method 2: Right Alignment of the image To align the image to the right use attribute value as right.
We can insert images into the HTML page. To insert image in an HTML page, use the tags. It is an empty tag, containing only attributes since the closing tag is not required.
Similarly, to right align a paragraph on the canvas with HTMLs align attribute you could have: Possible values: left : text lines are rendered flush left. center : text lines are centered. right : text lines are rendered flush right. justify : text lines are justified to both margins.
There are several possible reasons why your images are not showing up on your pages as expected: The image file is not located in the same location that is specified in your IMG tag. The image does not have the same file name as specified in your IMG tag. The image file is corrupt or damaged.
The tag is used to embed an image in an HTML page. Images are not technically inserted into a web page; images are linked to web pages. The tag creates a holding space for the referenced image.
Syntax. The tag is written as (no end tag) with the image URL inserted between the double quotes of the src attribute. The srcset attribute can also be used in order to specify different images to use in different situations (e.g. high-resolution displays, small monitors, etc).
The height and width can be set in terms of pixels. The height attribute is used to set the height of the image in pixels. The width attribute is used to set the width of the image in pixels.
The tag has 2 required attributes - src and alt. The tag may support (depending on the browser) the following image formats: jpeg, gif, png, apng, svg, bmp, bmp ico, png ico.
You can easily move images in HTML using tag. It is used to create scrolling images either from horizontally left to right or right to left, or vertically top to bottom or bottom to top. By default, image found within the tag will scroll from right to left.
Check the src path to fix image not showing Every image in HTML is rendered by using the tag with the image source specified in the src attribute. You can put a relative path or an absolute path to the src attribute depending on where you place the image.
