were in office 365 from Microsoft Im going to show you how to assign a license to a user if you are the administrator and we can just go ahead and click in the upper left hand corner and you should see this admin box if you dont see it that means youre not the administrator so you need to make sure youre logged in as the administrator and get those credentials over to the center section we see users and were going to edit a user lets go ahead and click on users and from here were going to see a user that doesnt have a license they may have an email address but they dont have a license so they cant do anything with it so were gonna click on that user and then were going to go to mail settings and it says here this user doesnt have an exchange online license so we need to assign that license for them so lets go up to where it says product licenses and click Edit and were gonna see a lot of different licenses depending on what youve purchased so we have a lot of different

Unfortunately you cannot change an already existing email address. Your only option is to create or set up an Alias, which is another email address under the same account. Please visit the link below for more details. -
First, sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Security section. Here, you will find the option to change your email address. Click on it and follow the prompts. You will be asked to verify your identity.
License Email means the email sent to Licensee containing further License details including, but not limited to, the name of the Management Group.
Unfortunately, there is no built-in feature in Microsoft that allows you to transfer your subscriptions and data from one Microsoft account to another. You cannot manually move or merge your accounts, as they are unique and separate identities.
- If you have a business or education Microsoft 365 subscription, such as Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Education A1, you can change your email address by contacting your administrator or IT support. They can change your user name and email address in the admin center of Microsoft 365.
Make sure youre using the correct account type. An account that your workplace or school provided may not have a Microsoft account associated with it. So, you might need to create a new Microsoft account. Normal accounts can be used for logging in for one or more services, such as Outlook or Microsoft 365.
If you still find an error message saying, my email does not exist, you need to confirm whether your email account is active. Its possible that Outlook was mistakenly switched to offline mode. This may occur if your internet connection experiences an issue.
How to Transfer Microsoft 365 to Another Account Check you have admin privileges for the Microsoft 365 account you want to move. Sign in to your current account. Go to the account settings/admin dashboard. Look for the option to transfer subscriptions. Enter the destination account email/username. Confirm the transfer.
