hello everyone my name is brian petty and today we are going to go over how to collect a copay and print a receipt so the copay to start is going to be pulling from the patient demographics so i want to show that really quickly so if i go into a patient select the patient and then go to patient demographics so at the very bottom on the insurance tab when we add an insurance we can highlight it and update it theres a section for the copay and the copay amount so for this insurance a blue cloth blue cross blue shield we have a copay of twenty dollars so now when we go back into our appointment the patient comes in and we want to check that patient in and collect a copay we can double click on that appointment check for any alerts and the appointment window pops up on the right hand side here we have an area where we can have our charges and copay details we have some blue hyperlinks here and one is for copay and as you can see the copay has twenty dollars listed which is pulling from t
