I like to think of the different parts of our sentence as characters. Lets meet a few of them: the tiny conjunctions, the mighty subordinates, and the clever comma. Conjunctions are small and nimble. They are words that connect clauses, words, and phrases. You can easily remember the conjunctions by remembering the acronym FANBOYS. The conjunctions are for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so. Once you have received notification that your business entity is registered with the state as a corporation, you are literally in business. At this point, you can formally add the denomination incorporated or inc. Your newly formed corporation should absolutely indicate that it is an incorporated entity.
Should a period be used after inc. or LLC? Since the legal name and designation of your business entity is a formal and final form of your business choice, you should use a period in the Inc.
Typically, your businesss name must end with the words Limited Liability Company, company or Limited. Or you can use abbreviations like LLC, L.L.C., or Ltd. Usually, you can even opt to abbreviate the words Limited and Company as Ltd. and Co. (Most people just stick with LLC.)

Again, its totally up to you. The more traditional and commonly seen is the comma (ABC Widgets, LLC). And by more commonly seen, I mean with-the-comma LLCs encompass over 80% of registered LLCs in most states.
Inc., Ltd., and the like. Commas are not required around Inc., Ltd., and such as part of a companys name. As with Jr., however, if commas are used, they must appear both before and after the element.
