[music] Welcome to State Jobs version 2 training. Today we will be covering: How to Approve a Requisition. To approve a requisition, youll want to hover over Approvals. Then click on Requisitions. This will bring up any pending requisitions that are awaiting your action. As you can see from the list, I do have one that is pending approval. It is for a Human Resource Analyst position. To view the requisition, click on the job title. Here its going to bring up that confirmation page and it gives you all of the information on this recruitment. It gives us the Requisition Number; the Number Vacancies; the Department and the Division; who the hiring official is. The position is Full-Time. If there were any skills that they had entered in or any comments, you would see those here. You can see who the other approvers are that are pending.
