First, you'll need to enter your website domain into the SSL checker. For case 1, when the site address is not included in the SAN, click the 'Ignore certificate mismatch' in the SSL checker. You can then see a full analysis wherein you can check if the right domains and IP addresses have been included.
Enter your domain in the server address box; if the certificate name doesn't match, you will get an error message stating "Certificate does not match name example.com". Below are a few more warning messages for different browsers.
If the domain name is associated with an old IP address that has not been changed and a different certificate is referring to the same IP address, then you may encounter a Common Name Mismatch Error. You can solve this problem by changing DNS record.
