okay so the next thing I want to do is tidy up this table I had created this table in a separate word filing and inserted it in here and so you can see thats got the wrong caption on us its listed as table for when it should be table and in likewise I just typed in this caption I havent used the word to insert a caption so in a second table above us this number wouldnt automatically update and they want to change that so again Im happy enough with the text Ive used in the captions Im going to copy that and then Im going to post this time I put my cursor on top of the table because I like figures where the caption goals at the bottom traditionally in table as the caption calls at the top so T for table T for top so insert caption and this time I dont want it to be a figure I wanted to be a table so it switches to Table one Im gonna paste my text in there cuz Im happy with that and then Im going to click OK and as inserts my table caption in there so now I can get rid of the
