Set up Authenticator On your Android device, go to your Google Account. At the top, tap the Security tab. If at first you dont get the Security tab, swipe through all tabs until you find it. Under Signing in to Google, tap 2-Step Verification. Under Authenticator app, tap Set up. Follow the on-screen steps.
Simply rebooting your mobile device may resolve the problem, or disabling Google Authenticator for your account and then re-enabling it may also help.
The authenticator app asks for a verification code as a test. From the Microsoft Authenticator app, scroll down to your work or school account, copy and paste the 6-digit code from the app into the Step 2: Enter the verification code from the mobile app box on your computer, and then select Verify.
For your PDAX account, you are required to enable a login and transaction 2FA by using an OTP-generator app like Google Authenticator or Authy that youll have to download to your mobile device.
The most common cause for Incorrect Code errors is that the time on your device is not synced correctly. To make sure that you have the correct time in your Google Authenticator app, follow the instructions for your operating system below. On Android: Go to the Main Menu on the Google Authenticator app.
How to reset two-factor authentication (2FA) Enter your email address and password. Follow the on-screen instructions. You will receive an email with a reset code. When you get the code, click the next arrow. Enter the code from the email, and proceed to log in once your code has been validated.
Note: You may access the site through your phones web browser for mobile users. You will be directed to the Home page and click My Account Click on Security and select Add 2FA. Enter your password. Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator or Authy. Enter the authentication code from Google Authenticator or Authy.
Visit crypto.com/exchange and select the Log In button (upper right-hand corner). Go to your Profile and select Security Account Password and 2FA. Under 2-Factor Authentication, you will see the button to Enable 2FA.
