- Hi everyone, so, if you remember, a few years ago I made a video called How To Design A Logo. In that video, I showed the FedEx logo and showed the hidden arrow. Well, I still get comments to this day of people who cant seem to find the arrow. So, struggle no longer, logo, arrow, arrow, logo. Congratulations, now that you see it, you will never not see it ever again. A couple fun facts, the logo was designed in 1994 by Lindon Leader. Unlike some people have speculated, the arrow was not an accident. He combined the fonts Univers 67 with Futura Bold and, I have a really lovely quote, all about how he did it. I started squeezing the letter spacing. I saw a white arrow start to appear between the E and the x. I thought, theres something there. I tried both fonts, but I didnt like how much I had to distort either typeface to make the arrow look good. I thought, would it be possible to blend the best features of both? I took the high x of the Univers and mixed it with the

The FedEx logo is mostly known for its tricky optical illusion. If you look closely between letters E and X, youll spot a white arrow. It stands for speed, accuracy, strive for perfection, and perseverance in achieving goals.
The FedEx Arrow was indeed intentional! When Federal Express was renamed FedEx in 1994, design teams started working on the logo design and around 200 design concepts were tossed around to Frederick W. Smith, the chairman.
There is an arrow hidden in the FedEx logo. (If youve never noticed, go take a look, and prepare to be blown away.) The clever use of the negative space between the last two letters has won the logo several awards and makes it one of the most effective ever created.
In the middle of the word Tostitos, the two lowercase Ts are actually people. And the I in the middle has a bowl of salsa resting on top of it - the red dot on top. The two people are sharing a Tostitos chip! If you didnt spot it the first time, dont worry.
The FedEx logo looks pretty normal at first glance, so its easy to miss the hidden message. Look at the space between the E and the xits an arrow pointing forward, perhaps to suggest speedy and accurate delivery.
You see the owner was obsessed about moving forward, so he snuck an arrow between the E and x, He was also dedicated to tracking everything, So he snuck a measuring spoon in the tail of the e
The letters L and G in a circle symbolize the world, future, youth, humanity, and technology. Our philosophy is based on Humanity. Also, it represents LGs efforts to keep close relationships with our customers around the world.
I was perplexed; I didnt know there was a spoon. He quickly gave in and showed us the spoon it is the lower part of the e in Fed. Since that moment, I can see the arrow and the spoon and when I pull up behind a FedEX truck or see a sign, I see them. I have since shared the logo with William, Beth, and others.
