hi I am azan fazil and today we are learning how to conduct aging analysis using Excel alright so lets have a look at the data we have customers we have order numbers we have dates the most important data that we need because without this we cannot conduct aging analysis then we have the amounts of invoices or orders and then I have the separator which is simply a column that I have colored in black then on the right side of a separator I have few columns with days outstanding which I will use to calculate for how many days an invoice is outstanding not do this will contain those invoice values that has not fallen due yet and then pass do column which is categorized in four we will separate the invoices in the each of these four categories for example this column will have only those invoices that has fallen due in the last 30 days and not more next one will have the invoices that has fallen due in the last 60 days but for more than 30 days and so on all right so lets start with days
