Liquidity refers to the ease with which an asset, or security, can be converted into ready cash without affecting its market price. Cash is the most liquid of assets, while tangible items are less liquid. The two main types of liquidity are market liquidity and accounting liquidity.
Liquidity Agreement means any agreement entered into in connection with this Agreement pursuant to which a Liquidity Provider agrees to make purchases or advances to, or purchase assets from, any Conduit Purchaser in order to provide liquidity for such Conduit Purchasers Purchases.
Liquidity Date means the date three Business Days following the date on which a Liquidity Event shall have occurred, provided such date shall be on or before the Maturity Date.
Liquidity Period means any period throughout which (a) a Liquidity Event has occurred and is continuing or (b) a Specified Event of Default has occurred and is continuing.
