routine inspections look its probably the worst thing about being a tenant and renting a property we come to all our properties we manage four times a year and we do a routine inspection of the property the inspections usually take us about 10 to 15 minutes depending on how big the property is and obviously what theyve got to report on now the thing about these routine inspections is the tenants dont need to be there weve got a key well give you plenty of notice and if youre at work were just gonna go in and were gonna go through the property about ten minutes make a bunch of photos and make a bunch of notes and then get out of there to our next one and theyre pretty quick inspections so were not looking at everything in great detail because we do have a lot to doing a two hour window so we generally allocate 10 to 12 and weve got a bunch to do and just smash them through them all as quickly as we possibly can what is the biggest thing tennis seem to miss with these routine
