Excel doesnt have a command to add watermark to a worksheet but you can insert a picture into page header to add watermark to add watermark to worksheet you first need to create an image of what you want to use as watermark like your company logo or text draft etc to add watermark click on view click on page layout click on center section of header in header and footer tools click on picture browse to the folder where you have the watermark image select the image and click on insert Excel shows ampersand picture in header center section click on anywhere in the worksheet other than header you can see the draft text image added to worksheet you can adjust the image position click on header Center section again place the cursor before ampersand symbol and hit enter couple of times click on worksheet again to see the watermark position you can see image went down a little bit its a trial and error until you get the watermark where you want it on the worksheet you can make the image lig
