Customize your invoices Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser. Select Invoices from the menu, then select Create invoice. You wont create an actual invoice, this just opens the customization window. Select Customize.
You have one set of customizations that apply to all invoices. If you make a change, it applies to all invoices going forward. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser. Select Invoices from the menu, then select Create invoice.

How do I edit the invoice template Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom form styles. Choose the template youd like to customise, then click Edit. In QuickBooks Simple Start, you can create multiple invoice templates. You can customise invoices, but not other types of sales forms. All the tools you need to customise invoices are on the form itself: Create or open an invoice.
How can I add a hyperlink to my invoices? Go to the Gear icon. Select Custom form styles. Find your template and click Edit under the Action column. Go to the Content tab and click the header part of the invoice. Go to the Emails tab and enter your website and social URLs in the Message to customer field. Click Done.
So in Quickbooks Self Employed when you are logged into your account, if you click on invoices tab on the left hand side click on create invoice on the right hand side at the bottom of the page, in the middle you will see edit work info, if you click this and then edit your address there and then click on save.
