hi in this video were going to show you how to get around the problem in Microsoft Word when you paste an address from a web page into word and it paste it as the title of the page rather than the address text itself so let me show you an example so if we go to this Microsoft page here office for Office 365 copy it go into word would paste it now you can see its the title of the page rather than the text and of course you know you could right click on it edit it and then change this to match by copy and pasting that in there like that but of course thats a pain thats an extra step so you think to fix this youd have to go change some settings in word but its actually not a word problem its an edge problem so if youre using Microsoft Edge this is probably youre probably having this problem because if we do it in Chrome same page here copy this paste it into word here you see we got the uh link or address itself rather than the title so to change this its really simple you just

It is still common for a business letter to include, at the end, a list of names preceded by the abbreviation CC, indicating that the named persons are to receive copies of the letter, even though carbon paper is no longer used to make the copies.
Under your name and title, type Enclosure: or Attachment: to indicate that youve included additional documents. On the next line, provide a brief description of the contents. In a typical letter with an attachment, you might state Curriculum Vitae, for example.
Type the letter. Use the business format, which includes the address of the recipient at the top of the letter. (See this page for a detailed description of the format.) At the end of the letter, after the signature, type CC: and then the list of the names of the other people to whom youre going to send the letter.
The format of a formal letter typically includes the senders address, date, recipients address, salutation, body paragraphs, closing, and the senders signature. It is important to maintain a professional tone and adhere to standard conventions in formatting a formal letter.
Although carbon is no longer used for copies, the convenient initials c.c. : (or cc :) followed by a colon and the names of the recipients of copies of the letter is still the preferred copy notation.
Cc stands for carbon copy which means that whose address appears after the Cc: header would receive a copy of the message. Also, the Cc header would also appear inside the header of the received message.
On a paper business letter, you often include the CC line underneath your signature, either above or below any enclosures line. Here are the various abbreviations you can use to note carbon copy on printed business letters: cc: c.c.
