In this video, Im gonna show you everything you need to know about sharing your Google Calendar. (air whooshing) So lets get started by looking at where we need to go to make these share calendar changes. Now theres two ways we can get into our settings for these purposes. First, we can come up here to the gear icon, select the Settings menu, and then select Settings once again. And here, well have to scroll down on the left-hand side of our page and select the particular calendar that we want to share. Were still gonna have to scroll down a little bit to get to this Share with specific people area, but I think theres a much faster way and an easier way. The event URL is an internet address generated by the system and is composed of the data you enter when you register.
A single-use link generates a custom URL that can only be used once. As soon as the invitee books with this link, the link will expire as soon as the invitee books the meeting.
Hyperlinking text Navigate to your Calendly Home page. Select the Event Types tab. Copy the scheduling link you desire to share. Navigate to your email program. Highlight the text you want to hyperlink (in a composed email or your email signature editor). Select the Insert link icon in the toolbar.
On your Calendly Home page, find the event that you want to share. At the bottom right of the event, select Copy Link. Once the check mark appears, paste your link into a text or email message.
Share your calendar On your computer, open Google Calendar. On the left, find the My calendars section. Hover over the calendar you want to share, and click More. Under Share with specific people, click Add people. Add a persons or Google groups email address. Click Send.
