to copy a range of data type equals then open brackets or parentheses then type choose open another bracket or parentheses then we need to enter the index number so you can select the cell for doing this or enter the cell reference manually so weamp;#39;re going to use cell b3 so i select that cell and then if i press f4 on my keyboard it will set that cell reference to absolute then enter a comma then we enter the first range of the data set that you want to copy so again we can select the range and select cell c3 down to c7 again press f4 to set the absolute cell references then comma then enter your second data range you can enter as many dental ranges as you wish again press f4 to set the absolute cell reference then close your first parentheses or brackets and then close your second parentheses or brackets and press enter or return on your keyboard now you can see itamp;#39;s only copied one cell so what we do we click this cell and then we use the full function just by dragging

Select the cell with the formatting you want to copy. Select Home Format Painter. Drag to select the cell or range you want to apply the formatting to. Release the mouse button and the formatting should now be applied.
To modify an existing cell style, right-click that cell style, and then click Modify. To create a duplicate of an existing cell style, right-click that cell style, and then click Duplicate.
Select the cell with the desired format and press Ctrl+C to copy its content and formats. Select the entire column or row that you want to format by clicking on its heading. Right-click the selection, and then click Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog box, click Formats, and then click OK.
You can import built-in or custom cell styles from another workbook by using the Merge Styles command. Both workbooks must be open. Go to the Cell Styles command on the Home tab. From the Merge Styles dialog box, select a workbook that has the style(s) you want to copy to the Destination workbook and click OK.
In the Paste Special dialog box, select Match Destination Formatting from the list of options. Click OK to paste the data and apply the destination formatting. This will paste the data into the destination cells while preserving their existing formatting.
Select the entire column or row that you want to format by clicking on its heading. Right-click the selection, and then click Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog box, click Formats, and then click OK.
Tip: Use Alt+Ctrl+C to copy a format, and Alt+Ctrl+Vto paste a format. While the cursor does not change to a paintbrush, you can repeatedly select text and paste formatting to multiple areas without re-copying. To stop formatting, press ESC.
Copy cell styles from another workbook Open the workbook that contains the cell styles that you want to copy. Open the workbook that you want to copy the styles into. On the Home tab, in the Styles group, click the More button next to the cell styles box that contains previews of styles. Click Merge Styles.
