If your presentation demands uniformity, select multiple slides in the left sidebar. By holding down the appropriate key (Ctrl or Command) while clicking, you can apply the same layout to multiple slides at once.
Right-click the thumbnail you want your copied slides to follow in the second presentation, and under Paste Options, do one of the following: To take the theme of the presentation youre pasting into, click Use Destination Theme. . To maintain the theme of presentation you are copying from, click Keep Source Formatting. .
Using the Paint Format Tool Theres an interesting tool in Google Slides called Paint format. This tool allows you to copy the format of a text and apply it to another text without having to change manually all the styles and settings one by one.
To copy the formatting of selected text: Press Ctrl + Alt + c (Windows or Chrome OS) or ⌘ + Option + c (Mac).
In the dropdown menu, look for the option labeled Paste Without Formatting and click on it. This option ensures that the formatting of the copied content is preserved when pasted into your Google Docs document.
Select the text with the formatting you want to copy. Double-click the Paint format button. The Paint format button on the toolbar changes again, indicating that its active and will keep pasting formatting until its turned off. Select the text you want to apply formatting to.
Clear guides. On your computer, open a presentation in Google Slides. Go to the slide with the object or text box you want to change. Click the object or text box. In the menu at the top, click Format. Format options. At the right, click Size Position. Make changes to the object or text box.
To copy and paste cells: Press Ctrl+C (Windows) or Command+C (Mac) on your keyboard to copy the cells. Select the cell or cells where you want to paste the cells. The copied cells will now have a box around them. Press Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac) on your keyboard to paste the cells.
