Vecs dont implement copy because Copy is for things that you store on the stack basically like you should be able to just simply copy the bits around. Copy is meant to be very lightweight. Copy is a lightweight trait, a lightweight option. Anytime you do it, it should just be like copying the bits of a number or something like that. Clone is the heavyweight version of that. Clone is the were going to take everything and make a huge big copy of it.
