Insert a Text Box Click the Insert tab. Expand the Text group, if necessary. Click the Text Box button. Select the text box youd like to use. Click the text box and type to replace the placeholder text.
There are little circles on the text boxs corners and in the centre of each side that appear when it is chosen.To delete the text box from the spreadsheet, use the keyboards Backspace or Del keys.
If you just want to remove the text boxes and keep the text, please check Just remove text box, and keep the text option in Remove All Text Boxes dialog, then click OK.

Select the text box you want to change. On the Format tab, click the More drop-down arrow in the Shape Styles group. A drop-down menu of styles will appear. Select the style you want to use.
Press Ctrl and click those text box names on the pane one by one to select them all. And move to lay cursor on one of the box line and right click. On the list-option, click Copy.
Start by selecting the first block of text with the mouse. Then, scroll to the next block of highlighted text and hold down the Ctrl key while you select that. Once youve selected all the blocks you want to copy, press Ctrl + C.
Click the border of the WordArt, text box, or shape that you want to move. To move multiple text boxes or shapes, press and hold Ctrl while you click the borders. When the cursor changes to the four headed arrow, drag it to the new location. To move in small increments, press and hold Ctrl while pressing an arrow key.
