lets copy this text box Im going to right-click on the border the text box and select copy and then Im going to deselect this text box by clicking in an open area I can do that simply by right clicking and then selecting paste to create a duplicate text box I now have to

Insert a text box or object At the top, click Insert. Choose what you want to add, then click Text box, Image, Shape, or Line.
Click on a text box and press Ctrl key. While holding Ctrl key, click on other text boxes that you want to copy. Now, when you have selected all the text boxes, while holding Ctrl key, do left-click with the mouse and drag the mouse. All the selected text boxes will be copied.
You can insert a text box, format and position it and add default text to it. Then select it and save to the Text Box Gallery (on the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Text Box Save Selection to Text Box Gallery). You can then insert a copy on every page by selecting it on the Text Box drop-down.

If you just want to remove the text boxes and keep the text, please check Just remove text box, and keep the text option in Remove All Text Boxes dialog, then click OK.
Follow these steps: In your document, press Ctrl+A. Press Ctrl+C. Open a new, blank document. Make sure the Home tab of the ribbon is displayed. Click the down-arrow under the Paste tool (at the left side of the ribbon) and choose Paste Special. In the list of formats, choose Unformatted Text. Click on OK.
