To do a copy and paste, open both documents. Toggle on the Show/Hide button in both documents to make sure youre not highlighting anything you dont need. In the document where you need to copy your text, highlight only what you need. Copy Then within the template document place your blinking cursor where the text needs to be pasted. In the Paste drop down menu select either Use Destination Theme or Keep Text Only. Use Destination Theme will keep some formatting from the previous document such as italics and bold.
