now lets say from this data set you have to make seven different pivot tables exactly from the same data set so first obviously well press ctrl-a insert pivot table and press ok so here we build our first pivot table for example color wise quantity now I want my next pivot table to be right next to this so Ill go back to my previous data sheet Ill say insert pivot table now instead of selecting new worksheet as an existing worksheet and I can choose the location so I can put this new pivot table next to my existing pivot table and press ok I can say pattern wise quantity this is one way of creating multiple pivot tables from the same data but what I would otherwise do is I will create one pivot table control a copy and paste it here itself next to it immediately a copy has been created and now I can simply remove the pattern and lets say take a reseller pivot table is created I want one more Ill copy paste instead of reseller I wanted to be next Ill wise done again copy paste in
