[Music] hello this is greg from sharepointmaven and in todays video i would like to show you how you can copy plants in planner so a planner is of course is a task management tool for microsoft in microsoft 365 if you want to access a planner application you can just do so by clicking the nine dots in the upper left hand corner uh and chosen planner which is where im im right now uh if you notice right i am actually on this hr theme plan and you know what i want to make a copy of it right maybe you know its a reusable set of tasks right and i want to copy it all maybe to uh you know to another plan um so its almost like a checklist of all those different tasks that i need to do uh and repeat every once in a while and other plans as well uh so to copy it its pretty easy uh three dots right here and say copy plan and now uh what what it is asking us to do first is um you know choose a group where you want to to copy the plan to and let me in case if youre not uh you dont understa
