in this video i will show you how you can easily copy a data table from one worksheet to another lets open the bba editor insert a new module and create a procedure i will name this copy table data underscore you are or use range lets start with the worksheet in which we will copy the data and that is my sheet one that use range that copy after that lets define the worksheet to which we will paste the data and that is the sheet to that range i want to paste the data from cell a1 paste special and there are different paste options here similar to when you are manually pasting copy data so i will select excel paste all option if you want to copy the data including the formatting lets test and check in too and here we can see that the data was successfully copied including the formatting if you want only to copy the data without formatting you can select the paste values option i will delete it and try the paste values option so you can see the difference so lets open the bba editor

Press Ctrl+C on your keyboard or right-click and select Copy to copy the selected table. Place your cursor where you want to paste the table. Press Ctrl+V on your keyboard or right-click and select Paste to paste the table.
