First save your document. Then select your TOC and press Ctrl-6 or Ctrl-Shift-F9. Copy your TOC to a separate document (or delete the remainder of your document) and email to the person you want. Close the document without saving changes.
If a figure or table is reproduced from another source for a published work, permission must be sought from the copyright holder and this information must be included in the caption. Article: Figure X. A concise explanation of the figure.
If you reprint or adapt a table from another source in your paper (e.g. a table from a published work), you must include a copyright attribution in the table note indicating the origin of the reprinted or adapted material in addition to a reference list entry for the work.
In-text citation: Every table you mention in your paper needs to be referred to by its number. For example, As shown in Table 1 (no italics, capitalize T for Table). Dont refer to tables as the table above or the table below as their order might change during editing.
A reference within the text to a table, graph, diagram, etc. taken from a source should include the author, date and page number in brackets to enable the reader to identify the data. If you have already named the author in the text, only the publication year and page number needs to be mentioned in brackets.
If you retrieved the information from a resource that doesnt have page numbers, cite the table or figure number instead of a page or paragraph number e.g., (Lastname, year, Table/Figure #). See Citing Specific Parts of a Source for other example citations to resources without page numbers.
Right-click on the selected table and choose Copy or use the shortcut Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd+C (Mac). Place the cursor where you want to paste the table in the document. Right-click on the location and choose Paste or use the shortcut Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd+V (Mac).
The in-text citation for the source of a table should be put underneath the table with the format - Note. Explanitary note (author, date). If you do not have an explanitory note, use Note. Sourced from Author (date).
