today Im going to show you how to take data inside of Liberty Office calc here I have some data already put in some columns here and Im going to show you how to transfer this data into a table in libreoffice writer first of all lets select all the data and Im gonna say copy minimize this so I can pop up the LibreOffice writer now normally most people would think about maybe creating the table and you would just paste it in as you can see default pace it with pace as an image lets undo that now you can click the little arrow but down arrow button here beside your pacing and get different pace formats so if I paste it as HTML here you can see it pasted all into one cell lets undo that lets try unformatted text again all in one cell so what is a way that you can paste it in and make it work the way to do it is to paste it outside of the table and you paste it as formatted rich text format now you see it created its own table but this table is a little wonky I mean its not format

To move (cut and paste) selected text using the mouse, drag it to the new location and release it. To copy selected text, hold down the Control key while dragging. The text retains the formatting it had before dragging. After selecting text, you can use the mouse or the keyboard for these operations.
Firstly, right-click on Column A and choose Copy. Then select all the data in Column F, i.e. F2:F9. Secondly, right-click on column F (anywhere) and select Paste Special > Paste Special, as shown in Figure 3. Then click on Formats Only (also check format is selected under Paste) as shown in Figure 4.
In order to copy a table with its formatting, use your mouse to move the cursor in the left margin where it turns into a heavy horizontal arrow (full iine selection), then holding down the left mouse button, select as many lines in the table as you need, Cntl + C and Cntl + V where you need the table.
2nd: CTRL+A or "Select All" should do the trick.
Put the cursor anywhere in the paragraph. Press and hold the Control key and then press the up-arrow or down-arrow key.
Just to make the answer seem relevant, I mention that you need to select the range that you want to copy, and use “Copy” button, or menu Edit->Copy, or Ctrl+C.
Adjusting the printout to fit onto one page: With the spreadsheet open, select Format > Page... In the dialog that appears, select the Sheet tab. In the lower right corner of the dialog, there is a Reduce/enlarge printout scale control. Enter a value that you think will make the data fit on the page.

If you are referring to Writer, you can place the mouse pointer on the upper left corner of the table (on the outer side of the table) until it turns into a bottom-right-pointing arrow. If you then click the whole table will be selected.
