Starting with an existing project from Oxygen sample files, the Flower Stock Theme app is opened and a new topic is added to the Spring Flowers collection. The new file uses the Data Topic template and is saved as Hyacinth Dia, containing basic elements for easy editing. Content is built using sources like web browsers, with images saved in the images folder to maintain validity. Oxygen ensures content validity throughout the process.
