If I had a photo in my notes, Iamp;#39;d be able to lift the subject out of a photo and my notes. This is not tied to a specific app, itamp;#39;s just tied to the iPad. Control-click the photo, then choose Copy Subject. As you move the pointer over Copy Subject, the photos background dims and an outline appears around the subject. You can now paste the subject into a document, email, text message, or note.
The Short Version Open Photos. Select the photo you want to use. Press and lightly hold on the subject you want to lift and cut out. Tap Copy or Share Paste it into another app or share it with friends.
The Copy Subject tool in macOS lets you lift the subject from the background of a photo or remove the background and leave the subject. You can use this to do a variety of things like make social media profile pictures, Contacts images, iMovie overlays, better presentation backgrounds and more.
To quickly crop a photo while youre viewing it, pinch the photo to zoom in. When the photo appears as you want it cropped, tap Crop in the top-right corner of the screen. Make any further adjustments with the crop tools, then tap Done.
Now, the one you want to use is Copy Subject, which will copy the subject of the photo to your clipboard.
Touch and hold the subject. When an outline appears around the subject, do one of the following: Continue to touch the subject, then drag the subject into another document.
