Copy a selection using commands In the Edit workspace, use a selection tool to select the area you want to copy. Do one of the following: Choose Edit Copy to copy the selection to the clipboard. Choose Edit Copy Merged to copy all layers in the selected area to the clipboard.

How to Use the Clone Stamp Tool Select the clone stamp tool. Youll find it in the toolbar on the left of your Photoshop window. Select the source area. You need to choose which part of the photo youre going to replace the unwanted object with. Start cloning.
