Hi everyone this is Nick and in this video Im going to show you a quick trick for copying a Google Doc and sending it to someone else. So if youre in this Google Doc, you can see right here. This is one of my Google Docs here a list of information and data design resources. This is an open open Google Doc and all. Put the link below. I hope that you will contribute to it and use it and bookmark it. But if you see up here in the URL bar in the address bar you can see every Google doc that you open ends with this back slash. Edit Now if I just change that, edit that final word, edit to copy, Im going to delete edit. And Im going to change it to copy and then Im going to. Push enter. It will ask me if I want to copy this document and I will say make a copy. And it gives you a copy of the Google Doc. You can then copy this URL and send it to someone else, embed it in your website or your blog post, etc. So this is a really quick tip, but go ahead, just change that little edit to copy
