hello my name is Josiah ray Im going to show you how to reduce the size of text when you copy to Microsoft Word so Im going to open up Excel here Ive got some really big text that Ive created so Im going to click on it push the control button and push C on my keyboard and were going to come over to here to word and were going to push ctrl V and you can also right-click and select paste and youll notice it pastes the text quite large but theres also this little icon that pops up on the bottom called paste options so lets click on that now we can do a couple of different things that will make the text smaller again so kind of fit in with the rest of the document that youre copying or creating so we can choose match destination formatting and thats going to change the color of it the font or the size anything that you have done to the rest of the document to make it kind of style to your preferences its going to style this text just like that and so thats kind of my favorit
