The quickest way to fix this is to use a higher resolution image in your email signature, and scale the image down using the HTML height and width attributes. For example, if the resolution of your image is 360 x 360 pixels, you should use 1/3 of that resolution in the height and width attributes.
A copied signature isnt legally enforceable Generally, for an eSignature to be legally enforceable, the method of signing needs to be deemed reliable, and proven to identify the person. A copy-and-pasted signature wont cut it.
Use a temporary location (like your desktop). Open the PDF file in docHub Reader, draw a box around your signature, right-click in the box, and select Copy Image. Open Microsoft Word and paste the signature into a blank document. Right click on the signature and select Save as Picture.
Create and insert a handwritten signature Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .bmp, .gif, .jpg, or .png. Open the image file. To crop the image, click it to open the Picture Tools Format tab, click Crop, and then crop the image.
8. Ask your photo studio to provide the image in a JPEG format and also on a standard 4.5 cm 3.5 cm print. 9. The file size should be of between 20KB and 30KB.

When the ink color and tone of the autograph exactly matches either the color and tone of the printed text (or at least some of it), and/or the image on the same page, that is a sign that they were all printed together. In that case, you are most likely seeing a printed autograph and not a real hand-signed one.
If you dont have a piece of tracing paper handy, you can use a piece of thin white computer paper. Use a pencil to lightly trace the signature. Use a steady hand and slowly trace over the lines, loops and dots in the signature. Try not to shake your hand or pick up the pencil as you trace.
You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. On the Insert tab, click Pictures Picture from File. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then click Insert.
Cut and Paste is often used to refer to the process were a genuine signature is lifted from one document and dropped onto a second document. If this is done without the consent of the individual concerned it is essentially an act of forgery.
