Insert a signature line Click where you want the line. Select Insert Signature Line. Select Microsoft Office Signature Line. In the Pages app, under the Markup toolbar, tap the Sign button. From there, select Add or Remove Signature from the dropdown menu. Tap the Plus symbol to create a signature, then use your finger or stylus to sign in the box that appears. Once finished, tap Done and type a name for your signature.
