now Im going to show you how to copy and paste output from SPSS into Word document PowerPoint slide so either you can have a PowerPoint window open or you can have a word document open start a new word document here so go to your output window and then select the table or figure you want to copy right-click go to copy special and then make sure image is selected and then all the other boxes are unchecked and this will copy and paste as an image its like okay and then you can do control-v or you can do the right click on the mouse to paste your output into the word document or the PowerPoint slide that youre working in and there you go you should be able to do that for any of the output that we have including our histograms copies special image okay and there you go
