How to copy values in Excel Select the cell(s) with formulas and press Ctrl + C to copy them. Select the destination range. If you dont need to keep the formulas, you can select the same range that youve just copied (cells with formulas). Press Excels paste values shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + V, then V. Press Enter.
Press Ctrl + C keys to copy them; select the cell that you will paste the cells to, and press the Ctrl + V keys.
The procedure is as follows: Select the cells you want to search. Use the Home Find Select CTRL + A to select just those cells found by Find All, then click the Close button on the Find dialog. Replace text or numbers with the Find Replace Press Ctrl+H or go to Home Find Select Replace. In Find what, type the text or numbers you want to find. You can further define your search: In the Replace with box, enter the text or numbers you want to use to replace the search text. Select Replace or Replace All.
